When you phone to make an appointment:
      
You will be listened to
You will be given a code number to protect your confidentiality
Your organisation will not know the names of those using the Service, which is completely confidential
Within 24 hours of the initial call, Abate Counselling & EAP Limited will locate a suitable counsellor
The counsellor will contact you to arrange an appointment within 5 working days
Client and counsellor will meet for up to six sessions, or as agreed with the employing organisation
